Maybe is a different culture system we have group of 6, and been waiting for over 2hours where as group of 2-4ppl who came later than us could enter earlier. They would not rearrange the sitting so we have to wait till the large table is available. We understand the over crowed due to its popularity maybe is better if they can just give us an estimated timing for waiting. service wise you can tell the waiters are very tired I don’t blame them.

Read moreFirst of all, it’s not worth the price. The amount of sea urchin was much less than expected. The portion might look a lot in the picture, but it was just all rice underneath. Grilled sea urchin also tasted strange and miso soup was tasteless.
Secondly, the service was very bad. The male waiter was super rude and treated foreigners and Japanese differently. There was no greetings towards foreigners and no water/tea served, while Japanese were served right away. If foreigners are not welcome, why wouldn’t you specify it at the entrance?
