Went there last weekend for the first time and was surprised by how good it was! The steak was legit, and the salad bar was very tasty and healthy. To be honest, the salad bar had a bigger impact on me, as it was the best salad bar I’ve ever had at a steakhouse. Not only salad but they also had some dessert there. 感染症対策に疑問を感じました。 こちらのお店はサラダバーの「おかわりは自由」とのことでしたので、サラダバー付きのランチを注文。その際、店員からサラダバー用に直結20センチほどの取り皿を渡されました。 しかし、サラダバーには替え新しいお皿はなく、小鉢程度の小さなお皿しか置いてありません。 店員はもちろん、店内のテーブルやサラダバーにも一切取り皿についての案内はなく、「おかわりをするお皿はどうするのだろう」と疑問に思いました。

食事をしていると、サラダバーで他の来店者が使用済みのお皿を再利用し、トングを皿にトントンと叩いて盛り付けてたり、一度盛り付けたサラダを元の大皿に戻しているのを見ました。 私はサラダバーの前の席に座っていたので、その光景を何度か目にして気分が悪くなりました。

店内には至る所に手指用のアルコール除菌が置かれ、サラダバーを利用する際のアルコール除菌や手袋の使用やマスクの着用については案内しているのに、なぜ替えのお皿の用意や利用者への案内は無いのでしょうか。 皿を変えずに再利用しているようではいくらアルコール除菌や手袋、マスクをしていても何の意味がありません。 感染症対策が甘すぎると思います。
