Burger King - Center-kita Station — Restaurant in Yokohama

Decent, got enought space and the queue isn't that long. I waited 15mins for my order (take out) but all worth it because all things given to me was newly cooked-unlike other fastfood chains that always giving me cold dry fries and cold nuggets. I got myself 2 guilty butter beef burger, spicy nuggets and large fries. Wasn't crowded on a Sunday night around 8ish. They gave me enough napkin this time. They should have put the hand sanitizers right in front of the entrance because i didn't notice the table on the side (forgot to use it.) I can hear chatters inside the kitchen but I guess its pretty norm...

It was ok, I know things have changed quite a bit since COVID hit. And I realize that we all need to take precautions, but taking away all the napkin dispensers seems a bit too much. Which would be just fine if I was given more than one napkin.

Now I definitely prefer Burger King over McDonald's and part of that is that they put plenty of sauce or cheese on their burgers. The problem I run into is getting it in my mustache and beard. And one napkin...

I had to give a star but this place deserves not even that one. I went in on a Wednesday afternoon around 2 o’clock. I waited 40 minutes to get the two burger I ordered. They packed up everything although I ordered eat in. In the end they forgot to put the cheese on my whopper. The other burger looked like someone had steped on it before they handed it to me. This is customer service...
