Very good. I finally made it to this place after years of 'oh I should try it but the line is ridiculous.'

We arrived at ~11:25am on a Monday. Service begins at 11:30, and the shop was full of already-seated customers waiting for the start.

There were only 3 or 4 people in line ahead of us outside the store. If you hate waiting, get here early. (On the other hand, if you LOVE waiting, which a lot of people seem to do, come whenever.)

I ordered the basic shoyu ramen. The noodles were excellent. The broth was relatively simple, light but with a deep flavor, if that makes sense. Service here is friendly and efficient; the shop is clean and well-lit.

優しい味わいの中華そばの店です。

10/8、５回目は塩そば! 中華そばにしようかと思っていたのですが、自販機のボタンは特製塩そばを押していました●～* 麺本来の味わいと、主張しすぎないスープ。それでいて、味わい深く あとを引く。今回は、ニンニクを小さじ１杯たらしたところ、ニンニク風味が広がり旨い!　完食です。 7/9、４回目の来店、今回は初心に戻り、特製中華そば。11時45分過ぎに到着、待人は６人😀丁度切り替わったあとか? 嬉しかったのは、店主が私を覚えていたこと。さり気なくチャーシューが１枚多い!! スープ迄飲み干し、ご馳走さまでしたと挨拶すると、いつも、ありがとうございます、とのこと。今日は、原点に戻りました、次は妻と一緒に来ますと話したときの、店主の笑顔が素晴らしかったです。

３回目の来店は、土曜日のお昼時なのに、待ち時間も２０分となかなかのスタート! お店に入る頃には18人待ち●～* 今回は、塩そばを注文。 スープは、それはそれは優しい味わい。 先ずはそのままで、次は、塩を少し足し、3度目は胡椒を足して、味わいに変化を。 玉ねぎのみじん切りが、また何とも言えない。 なるべく、元のまま食べたくなるほど、スープが旨い! これはこれで、有りですね。

今日は、特製ごまの辛いそばを注文。 何と!提供時に山椒が出てきました。 少しかけると美味しく召し上がれます、との事。 山椒の香りと、ごまの風味に辣油系の辛さが相まって美味い! 食べ進めると、中からチャーシューの角切りが顔を出しました。 チョットうれしい(ω
