Hanoi — Restaurant in Yokohama

Read the reviews about terrible service, but I wanted to try it out any way. I’ve been looking for a nice Vietnamese restaurant by my house. We showed up at 2030. There were two people sitting at the bar with almost full glasses of wine. We were told they were closed, even for drinks. The person I was with speaks some Japanese and we weren’t given any explanation as to why. The menu outside that I posted a picture of has a closing time of 2300 with stopping food at 2130. 1 hour after the time we arrived.

I was very disappointed. I don’t understand why you would advertise a closing time and close 1 hour earlier with no indication. The front door still said open.

I would think maybe they turned us away because we are not Japanese, but based on the reviews I don’t think that’s the issue.

The inside of the place looked very nice! Sad to say I doubt I’ll try again! Good luck getting in and getting...

THE FOOD IS GREAT BUT THE STAFF IS NOT! Fourth visit and each time I think the staff will treat me better this time! That didn't happen. I repeat, the food is good and that's why I went there and there is no other Vietnamese restaurant close to my place. The male counter staff is very rude to me and today when I asked about a dish he said "it's food!" and kept walking!! Then, with his back to me, he replied "shrimp!"His attitude is horrible. The female staff came and took the menu from my hand as I was reading it! I don't understand their customer service! Maybe it's ME. A good polite staff makes a good...

DON’T go here! Horrible service, they’re so cold and rude. The lunch menu was already so bare and yet we were told we could only order one single thing: the pho set. (But most Japanese people don’t seem to mind that because that’s the only Vietnamese food they seem to know. Hahaha) And, the food wasn’t even anything to rave about. Go to Thi Thi in Kamata!!!...
