Firstly pancakes are very good despite a very long wait (does say how long you are expected to wait for pancake on entrance). Light fluffy and flavor some! However I’m still yet to find a Hawaiian place in Japan that actually sells authentic food. The gravy for the Lovo Moco was a light onion gravy you tend to find as steak sauce here, additionally what meat are you using as it more white. I assume it’s more pork than beef and very cheap meat too (smell and flavor reminded to school dinners). Service is lacking in this restaurant, clearly they have the numbers but just not the right training to accommodate when it gets a little busy. I also noticed that the burgers used the same ‘beef’, patty as the loco moco so happy I didn’t get the burger. I think if you are willing to wait and come for the pancakes it worth visiting. My friend and I came here yesterday before the park closed and the service was still very good. We did not feel rushed and everybody was very kind and professional.

They made room for our strollers and there was a ramp on the left of the restaurant on the patio for stroller and wheelchair accessibility.

We each got the garlic shrimp (5 pieces) and it was so incredibly seasoned and flavorful. We also got the mixed fruits fluffy pancake and that was also amazing tasting! コラボメニュー目当てに訪れましたが、もう二度と行くことはないと思います。 まず混雑具合は、屋内の席が4分の1も埋まらないほど、店員さんはホールに3人ほどいらっしゃいました。人数的には十分そうでしたが、なぜか皆さん忙しそうにしていて、声をかけても気づかれませんでした。 別の方のお会計でレジまで店員さんがいらしたのですが、終わっても入口で待っている自分は完全スルー。呆然としていると、別の店員さんに「少しお待ちください」と言われたので、そのまま待っていましたが、15分ほど経っても案内はありませんでした。その後別のお客さんが入店したタイミングで入口まで来た店員さんが、えっ待ってる人いる……みたいな反応をして、席に案内してくれました。その時いらした別のお客さんは直ぐに案内されていたので、席の準備ができていなかったわけではないと思います。お待ちくださいと言ったくせに、だれも案内に寄越さない上、必要以上に待たせたことへの謝罪などは最後まで一切ありませんでした。 食事をする気分には到底なれず、かといって席に着いたのになにも食べずに帰るのも失礼だろうと思い、コラボのパンケーキだけ注文しました。こちらも提供まで20分ほど待ちました。(こちらについては調理に必要な時間であるとは理解しています。)店員さんはボソボソと尻すぼみに話されていて、普段なら気にしないのですが、さすがにこの流れの後にそんな深夜のコンビニみたいな接客をされても不快な思いは募る一方です。正直一刻も早く店を出たかったので、味はあまり覚えていませんが、こんな不快な思いをしてまで食べるような味でなかったことは確かです。 15年振りのシーパラダイスで、さらにコラボということでとても楽しみにしていたのですが、その後は楽しむ気持ちになどなれず、早々に帰りました。 一応お店の内装やメニューはハワイ風で、水族館で海辺ということも併せて雰囲気は良かったと思います。値段は高いメニューで1500円程度なのでお財布へのダメージは比較的軽微です。 普通にお食事を楽しんでいらっしゃる方もいるようなので、自分の運が悪かったのでしょう。自分は二度と行きませんが、雰囲気に魅力を感じ、強いお心をお持ちの方...
