Le Bistrot de Bourgogne — Restaurant in Yokosuka

Came here for breakfast buffet twice and for dinner once. Breakfast experience was excellent on both food and the customer service. The staffs were friendly and local Yokosuka focused food was prepared beautifully, freshly.

Although the dinner experience was so let down, just because this one lady staff served us with her mad unhappy face the whole time with a bad attitude during our dining. There were two more staffs were working but it seemed like they couldn’t work with their smiles either almost because this one lady was in a bad mood.

I read lots of good reviews for lunch here so maybe it’s a dinner time crew’s issue?

The restaurant was way too quiet. They need to play something nice like jazz, or if they were playing something, I didn’t hear any music what so ever. They need to volume up. I don’t want to hear people next to our table whispering or don’t want them to hear our conversation either. It was that ridiculously quiet.

One staff can ruin the nice dinner and other staffs...

Having a very great lunch in my last days in Yokosuka Japan🇯🇵 .Staying at the Mercure Hotel. The restaurant is on the 19th floor of the hotel. The breakfast in the mornings are fantastic. I'm really enjoying my stay here. The Coaska Mall is right across the street from the hotel. The food I had today was something I haven't had in a long time. Last time was when I was in Athens Greece. My next stop will be back in Korea 🇰🇷. I'll be flying out this coming Friday. I didn't get to post very much in Japan because of the COVID19. But I always wanted to visit Japan 🇯🇵 ever since I was a child. I wish I could have visit more. I did get a chance to live in Yokosuka Japan for 26 months. Also the bottle of wine I had was great. I will miss my friends and coworkers that I have made here here...

テーブルにセットされたお皿の上には髪の毛が… その時点で嫌な予感がしたが、お皿を交換してもらい気を取り直すも束の間…

・人手不足でオーダー/サーバーが間に合わない ・グラスが空いても次のオーダーを聞く余裕がない ・隣のパパ活カップルは、夜にどんなことをするかの生々しい下品な会話と、パパの金持ってるぞ！の自慢話

お料理を味わうどころか、隣の会話が気持ち悪すぎて何を食べても味がしない。

日本は深刻な人手不足。 しかし、ここまでオーダー/サーバーが間に合わないなら、ファミレス同様、猫型配膳ロボットとタッチパネルを導入した方がいいと思います。
