Yoshinoya Yokosuka Miharu-cho — Restaurant in Yokosuka

I rarely write any reviews but I am writing this one because to me it was so rude and makes me super disappointed. Cashier was great with good service even I don’t speak Japanese. After I ordered my food when I was waiting at my table, I went to the self serve bar and grabbed myself a cup of iced drink. I had my drink on the table and when the boy came out from kitchen to deliver my food to me. He saw my drink and told me I supposed to pay for the self serve bar. No problem, my bad! And I was trying to go back to the cashier to pay he grabbed my drink and took it back to kitchen and dump it. I guess the drink is better to waste then letting me have it. It was so quick and natural of him that having me pay for it was just...

This is a great family restaurant and perfect for family dinner night. The ticket machine has the English option with plenty of room for larger families. They have high chairs available and are very family friendly. Plenty of parking on site as well as 5 minutes from the Horinochi train station. This location does NOT take credit cards, transportation cards and the like as well as cash...

フードコートのような、ほぼセルフなシステムのお店です。

お店に入ったら、左側にあるレジカウンターで注文。お会計をしたら呼び出し用のポケベルを受け取ります。 席は自分で確保します。 ポケベルが鳴ったら、受け取り口で受け取ります。 水、お茶は自分でご自由に。 食べ終わった食器は、返却口に返して帰ります。左側につめるようにと注意書きがありました。

ゴミは返却口の下に「燃えるゴミ」と「燃えないゴミ」の2つのゴミ箱があるので、分別してそこに捨てます。 個人的には、ゴミ箱の蓋に書いてある分別のシールを、もっと大きくわかりやすくしてもらえると助かります。 毎回かがんでどちらが燃えるゴミか確かめています……。

ドリンクバーがあるのもフードコートっぽいです。 ドリンクバーを頼むと、ホット用(紙)かアイス用(プラ)かどちらかのコップをくれます。 店員さんに言えば、アイス用のコップを途中でホット用のコップに交換してくれます。 アイス用のプラコップでホットドリンクを入れると、コップが熱で歪んでしまいます。経験済みです(^_^;)

セルフシステムなお店なので、まず自分でテーブルを拭くようにしていますが、テーブルを拭くダスターが、いつも水分が多すぎる気がします。 ダスターが乾いているというクレームでもあって、水分を多くしているのでしょうか。 トイレの洗面台で絞ってから使うようにしています。

セルフサービスのお茶が、前は湯飲みがあったのに、今はありません。コップだけになっています。

トイレは狭いです。車椅子の人には難しいと思います。ベビーキープもなく、おむつ替えも難しいと思います。 手ふき用ペーパーがあるのは助かります。
