3.5 overall. Good place for fast no-nonsense lunch. Very ordinary ramen served efficiently in quiet COVID-safe environment. We two stopped for lunch, arriving about 12:30. Seats were full, and three people were lined up outside the door in front of us. Our order was taken outside, and we were inside and slurping ramen by 12:45.
FOOD: 3.0. Nothing fancy - just very ordinary ramen. Shio ramen. I ordered it with added wonton and chose the thin noodles. It was ok. Shoyu ramen, with thick noodles. It was ok.
SERVICE: 5.0. She was amazingly efficient.
AMBIANCE: 4.0. counter seating, with plastic (anti-COVID) dividers between some seats. Everything one needed was on the counter: water, napkins, pepper, and a button to push (to call the amazingly efficient server) when ready to order or pay. It's a good ramen - nothing more, nothing less. We had 2 shio ramen - one with extra aona veg and one with extra bamboo shoot (I like that they use the long type rather than the more common short flat ones you can easily get in the supermarket).
The salt chicken and seafood based soup has a clean simple taste. The noodles were flat and slightly curly - not as common to see this type of noodle for ramen but we liked it (think they might store-make some of their noodles).
The meat is more the "ham" type which is often seen it the more fancy/modern ramen types (as opposed to char siu grilled).
We have ample ramen options living in Tokyo so not sure we'd come again but if in the area and you fancy a clean modern tasting ramen,...

久しぶりに行ってみたら、いつの間にか醤油ラーメンが1200円に。平打ち麺だと1300円に。 味は過去のレポートと変わらず。麺とチャーシューは美味いが、スープが塩辛すぎる。 物価上昇とはいえ、値上げしすぎ。 店長は相変わらず大声で話す。 値段なりの価値はないので、もう行かないだろう。 オーナー男性が、食べさせに連れてきた後輩と思しき男性２名と、立って店内全体へ顔を向けながら、マスク無しで大声で会話し続けていた。
客には食後の歓談は遠慮するよう掲示しているにも関わらず（写真）。
店員たちも注意しようとしない／できない。
そもそも常識でもあり得ないし、コロナ対応としても不誠実だし、経営者ならもっとあり得ない。 しかも話し方や内容がヤカラ的で一層不快。
なお、つけ麺醤油味1000円を初めて食べたが、つけ汁がしょっぱいだけで、汁麺のような旨味を感じなかった。 半分以上残さざるを得なかった。 不快感も影響したかもしれない。
1000円はしっかり払った。 オーナーは度々来るらしい。 もう行くことは亡いだろう。

平日13時前にランチで利用。 客は計3名と少なかった。 1階はカウンターのみで8名は座れる。2階もあるとのこと。
入店後に若い男性店員からいきなり変わった接客。 先客二人はカウンターの両端にいたが、その片方のすぐ隣に座るよう指示された。真ん中が大きく空いているにもかかわらず。 言葉遣いもぶっきらぼうで冷たい感じ。 よく見たら、過去のクチコミでも店員の評価が低い。 店長の教育は未だになされていないと察せられる。
塩ラーメン850円を注文。細麺か平打ち麺を選べる。細麺はやや太めのストレートで、のどごし良く小麦感がしっかりある。
スープはミックス系のだしを感じ、塩味がまろやかでスッキリだがしっかり旨味もある。
具のチャーシューはやや薄めのハム系チャーシュー。臭みはなく味はしっかり。メンマは甘めの味付けで塩ラーメンには合う。付け合せの菜っ葉がほうれん草っぽいが、独特の香りがして面白かった。
店内は照明落としぎみでジャズが流れ落ち着く雰囲気。インテリアもウッディで清潔に保たれている。
味は悪くないのに接客で損をしていると思われる。 店長がいる厨房とホールが隔離されており、全く客と目を合わせないですむ構造になっていることからも、店長に接客経験や接客重視の発想が少ないのかもしれない。 優秀なホール店員を雇えば星4つ以上も可能だと思われるのでもったいない。
後日、醤油ラーメン900円（50円値上り後）平打ち縮れ麺も食事。 塩ラーメンと同様、塩味ややきつめに感じたものの味は良かった。
