I recently took a friend of mine who was visiting Jersey to Botana and it's fair to say it’s a flavor-packed adventure like no other. The amazing food, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff left a big impression.
Their food is fantastic, with fresh ingredients and creative dishes that mix tradition and innovation.
Also, the staff at Botana really shines. They're warm from the moment you enter until the second you leave, making sure everyone feels special and well cared for. The atmosphere was comfortable yet elegant, with just the right music in the background for a relaxing meal.
I think Botana is a journey of delightful tastes, great service, and a wonderful ambiance. I was so happy with the experience and I'll definitely be back. If you're on the hunt for an amazing culinary experience, I can't recommend Botana enough. Your taste buds will be dancing, in a...
Read moreBotana is our favourite restaurant in Jersey to visit with Nina and all the Botana family always giving a very warm welcome. The food is excellent with very attentive service in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our last visits choice from the menu included for starters, the monkfish tempura with a light batter and the courgette flower with a lovely goats cheese filling. For main course, the slow cooked beef cheeks just melt in your mouth, the `specials' leg of lamb is so tender it falls off the bone and the crispy skin chicken thighs are delicious. There is a great selection of wines and cocktails to match with the food too. We cannot recommend Botana highly enough. We visit Jersey a lot and eat there as often as we can. Do try it if you haven't been as you won't be disappointed. Thank you everyone! We'll be back soon. ...

It seemed promising and we decided to give it a try…. and we’re so glad we did! Even though we did not have a reservation, the host was able to squeeze us in. We didn’t try the mains but made a meal out of tapas instead. The tuna tartare was to die for, the courgette flower with goat cheese was phenomenal, the padron peppers were spot on, and the tortilla was oh-so-delicious. Service was a little inconsistent but they had apparently opened one week earlier so it was not surprising. My pictures fail to convey the quality but this place is definitely...
