KFC Jersey - St Helier — Restaurant in St. Helier

I am sad I have no photos of the chicken I received from this KFC....

In all my years of being a KFC fan, I do not recall a time where KFC chicken tasted this way. I am talking UNHOLY flavours in the mini fillets banquet. I felt like I was at the last super with Jesus himself (especially the size of the bucket, it truly was a BANQUET).

I did not get to try the popcorn chicken as they were out of stock so I can not vouch for them but judging by the fillets, it would of been DAAAAAAAM good. I did, however, purchase the Kanas Bites which was not a mistake! The sauce, THE DAM SAUCE ALONE WAS UNREAL. I've never had so much flavour from a sauce like that before. I got lots of sauce as well which was great to dunk the mini fillets in.

I've had a KFC since my return from Jersey (mainland UK) and it's not the same at all 😢😢😢.

The queue at this KFC was busy but not a long waiting time. It was clearly very popular with the locals and tourists too. The service by the 2 kind ladies that served me was very friendly and a genuine human being. I can not remember their names but I think I remember she was Spanish. The wait for the food was not long either. The quality of the chicken, the sauces, chips, beans, drinks and SEASONINGS/FLAVOURS was the best ever.

Please, please, please visit this KFC for all of your chicken needs. They have a wide range of food and I do not think my KFC experience will ever be the same.

Went to KFC today in jersey CI only went there because my 5 year old granddaughter likes popcorn chicken. I am a chef of 40 + years and worked in all sorts of establishments. I know the food at KFC is not supposed to be 5 star, but this is supposed to be a fast food outlet with a supposed good reputation. I now have nothing but contempt for this branch, as the service was beyond belief, it was atrocious. I waited about 40 minutes to be served. Whilst I waited my wife tried to get the table that the three of us sat at cleaned. This took nearly as long as it took me to get served. And when the girl did come and clean, it took 3 attempts to to get the girl to clean the table properly. The counter server that I spoke to who's first language was not English could not understand fully what I had asked for this following having to wait 40 minutes to be served in the first place. I also noted that there was several staff members in the rear of the serving and kitchen area who were stood around and did not appear to be doing anything constructive. There was absolutely no customer skills apparent no manners and no understanding of the job. I think this establishment is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I will never return to this place and I will always recommend others to go else where and to persuade others that this establishment is not the place to take a...

I know this is meant to be fast food, but it's not fast and it's barely food...

This place always has a giant queue, not because it's so popular, but because the ordering process is so slow. The amount of lost sales they get from people walking in then leaving because they can't be bothered to wait is crazy.

About 10 people ahead of me today, pretty standard, with 1 person taking orders, who at one point just vanished for 5 minutes as the queue continued to get longer...

The food is really nasty, most of it is sitting already made waiting to be given out, there was about 30 lots of fries just sitting there getting cold... I unfortunately got some. Seriously, how can you serve food so bad, they were cold, soggy and still mostly raw in the middle, in a depressing little bag with about 10 chips in...what's even the point.
