Tiki Hut — Restaurant in St. Helier

So we arrived for my daughters sweet 16 birthday. Had to wait 30 mins because they double booked. I think there's a language barrier. So anyways we sat down ordered food. Food was below par. Wasn't busy for the time we had. I found somewhat rushed or beneath myself whilst ordering. I've spent my time critiquing food. Known as a food critic. Wouldn't be rushing back. Anyways back to food I know my daughter likes food but the children's meal was to me where it looks like an adults . My wife's meal seemed of par and so was my friends. Very pressured by staff and asked for a.mug first time round.dint come had to ask again yet when It did come turns out the milk was off. Didnt check the milk off I assumed yet its a basic in waitering. All in all I wouldn't rush back. I would talk about the food anymore. Cocktails were very tasty, food was amazing, we went in quite early on a Friday afternoon and were the only people in the place. Barman was very friendly and chatty, and had a great knowledge of all the rum behind the bar. Only reason for 4 stars is because of not seeing the place. Hopefully next time we are in Jersey we will come in and see what a busy atmosphere...
