Outstanding Experience at Al-Qasr Garden, Thanks to Server Ammar

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al-Qasr Garden, and I can't say enough about the exceptional experience I had, thanks in large part to our server, Ammar. From the moment we walked in, Ammar's warm and welcoming smile set the tone for a delightful evening.

Ammar's service was truly above and beyond. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely passionate about ensuring our dining experience was memorable. It's not often you come across a server who makes you feel like a valued guest, but Ammar did just that.

The atmosphere at Al-Qasr Garden was nothing short of magical. The lush, serene garden setting, complete with twinkling lights transported us to a different world.

The garden is a great restaurant. I stayed at AlQasr Hotel for more than a month, so I frequented the restaurant multiple times. The food is quite good; my favorite was, by far, the shrimp freekeh risotto, it was delicious. My least favorite was the peri chicken, as the flavor was blended, and there wasn’t anything much on the plate: two pieces of chicken and a couple of potato wedges. The cocktails are also good. The only thing I would say was negative is the price. Everything is so expensive for what is actually offered. Yes, the food is good but not exceptional, and paying 13 JOD for a burger or 20 JOD for a main course is a bit insane. The service was also good, nothing particular but nothing necessarily lacking. There are a lot of servers, and they are mostly talking with each other. It is fine but shouldn’t affect the effectiveness of their service, which sometimes it does. Selena at the front desk was super sweet and nice. She always offered good service and great recommendations. I was just sad and weirded out to see she was the only girl working there. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I had booked a table a month in advance for my wife’s birthday when I arrived. The restaurant was empty, so I am unsure why I required a reservation. Despite the lack of patrons, the service was subpar. The staff did not adequately attend to our needs, failing to inquire about our drink or food orders promptly. The food quality was poor at best. Although we ordered various dishes, the seafood platter took approximately an hour and a half to arrive, while the rest of our party had already finished eating. The platter was still not served when the manager insisted that we take it. He removed it from our bill, offered us complimentary dessert, and then presented us with the bill, allowing us to leave.
