Dears,
Please note that I have been a guest at (Signia by Hilton) several times, the last one During (Jan)and During this month (Feb), and the words cannot describe the hospitality and warm welcome that I received from the (Signia by Hilton) family, who I consider myself a member of it , cause warm and friendly reception that I received from the reception team, and I was surprised by their quick professional response hoping that I would enjoy my stay, especially; Ms. (Alaa Ashour) who has a beautiful smile and professionalism she showed in her work, along with; Ms. (Bayan Hassan), Ms. (Dora Wehbe) and the honorable; Mr. (Ammar Hadhoud), and I cannot forget to thank; Mrs. (Sarah Al-Atoum) for her high-level and professional work that makes you feel like you are among your family, as well as Mrs. (Ghalia Al-Ajouri) who amazed me with her ability to carry out all the management tasks in a professional and professional manner. Mrs. (Al-Ajouri) also amazed me with her great talent and good memory that makes you feel when you meet her that you are one of the members of the (Cigna by Hilton) family, as well as the (beautiful brunette) Mrs. (Olia) who has the same qualities and good treatment also. and I cannot forget the profisional night manager; Mr. (Moataz Al-Momani) who is credited with training all employees in an ideal professional manner until the hotel rises to the highest levels locally and internationally. Mr. (Al-Momani) has become a dear friend because of my respect for him in his professionalism in work, his hospitality and reception, as well as Mr. (Yazan Heikal) who was professional in solving problems as quickly as possible, which made me feel very comfortable during my repeated stays, and he was very responsible and professional, especially when he was the deputy manager for the evening and night.
I also cannot forget Mr. (Ihab Al-Tutunji)(the future lawyer), who carries a great deal of responsibility and professionalism in his work, I consider Mr. (Al-Tutunji) to be one of the rare and unique personalities in this respectable hotel, because I noticed that he possesses unique and advanced skills in persuasion and solving problems with utmost simplicity and in the harshest circumstances. I consider him to be a respectable person who is able to maintain warm relationships with clients. He has a rare charisma and a great ability to market and persuade through his beautiful logic and wonderful smile, he and all his colleagues whom I mentioned previously. I hope that Mr. (Al-Tutunji) will accept my offer to join my law firm team, after he completes his studies (Los Angeles Law Firm) 🙂.
But I am wondering about another special person, that I did not meet him during my stay this month (Feb), he is respected, elegant and professional the captain (Adly Al-Halalmeh), whom I have never seen in my life a person as serious, professional, easy to deal with and kind at the same time and who loves his work with great passion as Mr. (Al-Halalmeh), as I noticed that he can work under pressure and has a rare skill in performing a group of multiple tasks at the same time, and Mr. (Al-Halalmeh) reminded me of the professionalism and requirements to work for (UN), cause when I was (Executive Director) for (United Nations)for 17 years before I resigned and opened (Los Angeles Law Firm), he is a professional and serious about his work, but I asked about him a lot, and his colleagues told me that he is on vacation, I hope he is well and hope that I can meet him during my next stay during this month, Insallah.
Finally, I thank all my family members at this wonderful hotel.
Best regards;

Read moreFirst and formost, hats off to the management, leadership is evident and team members engaged from the start. Each department knows how to make sure things are smooth while being clearly empowered and efficient. Islam at the desk checked me in at night, extremely helpful and nice person, I had a warm welcome and my room was upgraded due to my Hilton Honor tier along with a welcome letter from the hotel General Manager “Luca Crocco”… this took me back in time when the hospitality industry wasn’t as commercial as it is today and such gestures are very personal and meaningful indeed! I stayed another 4 nights and tried each outlet from the lobby lounge to the pool bar and restaurant… there was a particular gentleman at Kyra which I couldn’t get his name since it was evening but I guess he was Italian due to his accent, such a well seasoned professional. On this note, the food and beverage team became like family and each person had a long story behind them so I’ll keep it short and sweet, Chef Naqaa thank you for the delicious pastery, Sabrine’s smile at the breakfast welcome desk, Dalaa translates her name into spoiling guests… literally, the restaurant manager Ahmad Qatami is indeed passionate about his job, Mustafa is the most humble and kind person I’ve ever met at breakfast, Chef Ali Dabsh following on orders and makes sure you get what you need, Riham is very helpful and works split shifts while keeping a genuine smile, Qusai AbuSaif keeps on checking on you and consistent with service to all guests alike! The front desk team isn’t short of this review, Islam checked me both times I’ve been to the hotel along with Lojain and both times have been extremely hospitable, Diya is not only humble but also remember me by name and totally professional, Bayan at the guest relations reached out to me to meet and greet, such a nice gesture and impactful indeed. During both stays, hotel is kept in immaculate condition and kudos to the house keeping team taking care of such property, they are the hidden soldiers. I was also fortunate to meet with “Waddah” the commercial head… usually being back office they are never mentioned but it’s time to break the rule, he was a great gentleman and service oriented at his core, exactly how it needs to be! Thank you all, you made my hot summer warm with your hospitality and I’ll be choosing to come Signia by Hilton. Afterall, it’s the people...
Read moreI have been to the kempinski before and let me just say it has changed. The service is not great and when talking to workers they try to act like nothing is wrong and you are making up your problems. Food is not that good(buffet),at buffet they don’t give water for breakfast and no napkins on table, and things are not being stocked like the pods for the coffee machine in my room. We ordered 10 rooms beforehand and told them we have an old lady so we need to be able to walk, without many stairs to the pools and we made sure they said we would all be next to each other and wasted a day switching the rooms bc they put half in a whole other area around 500 rooms away. The decorations are not the best and the room cards constantly were not working, first saying they were the cards for the people before us, and then continued to hand us cards that did not work. The front desk in the lobby also takes forever to pick up the phone. I waited 15 min and then walked to the lobby. Also when we arrived our rooms were missing beds. Additionally, last time i came they were putting stairs in to the dead sea and it almost seems as if they never finished them, they should continue farther. Without grippy/water shoes, you might fall. My cousin cut his foot open. We also payed 75 jd for about 6 sodas on the first day which is insane. Someone seeming like the manager, a filipina lady, came up to us and asked us how our stay was, we told her about our problems and she said they would take care of us the next day but nothing of the sort was done. She also said they would comp our drinks the next day but they did not. There are no activities to do and the band is horrible. We stayed 3 days and the dancer was not available on any of the days, i remember before 3 years there was an amazing one. Also no activities to do and when you are at the pool the workers pass around complimentary items like watermelon, drinks, or ice cream but when they finish their tray whether you request they give you some or don’t say anything, they do not come back for people they missed/that did not get anything. I will never return to this hotel. Forgot 4 of our carry ons when leaving and pool is filled with dead ants,...
