I've visited this place twice so I'm giving you 3 stars based on the 2 visits. My first visit didn't go that well and would probably deserve 1 or 2 stars. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and of course we've ordered many different drinks. The staff wasn't too helpful, especially the older gentleman who made it seem like it's an effort for him to serve us. He also wanted to take our last order for happy hour 40 minutes before it ended. When it came to settling the bill, the staff was confused and had no idea how to handle the situation. They even told me off for not telling them properly what we've ordered. The second visit went much better, we had a different server and he was both friendly and attentive. My friend asked if the TV channel could be changed and he was very happy to help him. I'll probably visit again but not with a large group as they are unable to handle them quickly...

The place now attracts a completely different much "older" audience, rendering it super uncomfortable. The pool table: they made seating around the table, making it harder and less comfortable to play. Many people sitting around you looking at you and your friends, either waiting for you to finish and rushing you, or looking at you inappropriately. Don't let me get started on the music. Horrible decision, guys. Should've kept it as is. It was perfect....
Read moreThis was one of several repeat visits, and unlike the past ones, was very disappointing.
Service was good, food was good, but then the management came to our table and informed us that since we didn't have reservations, we needed to leave (right then) as they had guests with reservations arriving in 30 minutes.
I understand trying to honor your reservations, but we could have been approached in a much more polite manner. Instead we were treated in what is very untypical of "Jordanian Hospitality".
As the below photo shows, it was not like the place was so crowded at that moment we were occupying the only vacant table.
Politeness goes a long way, but unpoliteness goes...
