On 31/12/2024 last day of the year, I wanted to celebrate with my family and ordered food from your restaurant at 8:40pm! Which was not delivered and it was 10pm already so I cancelled it and called the restaurant to give a complain.
Mr.Sanad simply replied ya well our drivers is an outsourced company and they usually do mistakes, I told him I have cancelled the order already and he replied another one is on its way to you and it doesn’t matter for us it’s for free with an arrogant tone.
Nevertheless, after delivering the order an hour later at 11pm and ruining new years with my family the driver then asked me to pay for the order.
I called the restaurant and Mr.Sanad replied ya I asked my manager and he said it’s not our problem it’s late you’ll have to pay for it anyways, even though I canceled it in the first place. so I asked to speak with the manager Mr.Jawad and Mr.Jawad told me you know it’s end of year and delays happen so you’ll have to understand so come on just pay for it.
So I received the order more than two hours later, cold, which I’ve already canceled and he had the audacity to speak in such a way, so I gave the driver the food back and told him to return it.
Congratulations Fame the quickest way to lose a loyal customer and his family and relatives who visit you frequently is by hiring people who has ZERO hospitality skills, as you can clearly see attached my old review and now my new one.

Please note that we visited your lovely restaurant on Friday 31.08.18, and its my second visit actually because I enjoyed the food and the style of the restaurant so I decided to visit again with friends,
But I was shocked by the poor quality of the food, we ordered an open buffet Sushi, and for our surprise the fish (sushi) was not fresh, and we didn't enjoy it at all.
And they had a policy about not sharing food and it was very strange! The staff was so rude and unwelcoming , and some waiter stood above our heads while we ate so he can make sure that we don't share!! and he came twice to the table and stated that he saw one of us taking a piece of sushi from another plate which is weird cause we ordered the same thing! It was highly unproffessional to be faced with such treatment at a 4 star restaurant , with all due respect to the restaurant policies but that was a terrible manner to treat customers.
Kindly note that the restaurant was so hot and there was no AC, Plus the restaurant is over priced for such quality and service . The drinks & cocktail alcoholic beverages were badly made and we didn't enjoy them.

Read moreNice restaurant!, I went is a group of work friends for dinner 9:30 pm at night during a week day. We ordered sushi mainly in addition to other main dishes. The food was great and the presentation of the sushi on the wooden boat was mouth watering. We had a great night and we were well served.They also serve alcohols which is a plus.
There was a band playing that day and the lady sang lots of nostalgic songs for fairuz and other well known singers. There was also a guitarist who accompanied the lady singer and played live.The only issue was that we were seated very close to the speakers and the voice was very loud and we weren't able to hear ourselves.
The Restaurant is walking distance from Sheraton amman as well.
