WORST EXPERIENCE ! DON'T EAT ! BROKEN PIECES OF NEEDLE IN BIRYANI RICE!! NOT RECOMMENDED. IT IS HARMFUL. DON'T EAT FROM Kadai(কড়াই)RESTUARANT !!

We purchased 2 parcels of biryani along with other items from "Kadai(কড়াই) restaurant" on nabami night.After returning home when my son was about to eat WE DISCOVERED BROKEN NEEDLE INSIDE THE BIRYANI RICE. If my son would have swallowed the food it might have taken his life.

We immediately made a call. A person picked up the phone & gave it to a senior staff whose behaviour was HORRIBLE & ARROGANT.

STRICT ACTIONS MUST BE TAKEN against your restaurant who plays with lives of their customers. How can you guys be so CARELESS & IRRESPONSIBLE that you are giving BROKEN NEEDLE INSIDE FOOD.

Moreover the FOODS WERE NOT FRESH, IT WAS SMELLY and was of LOW QUALITY.

You guys deserve NEGATIVE/MINUS RATINGS.

The place is small with 25-28 sitting capacity. Also they have take away options.The food was really good. The quantity and quality according to price is perfect. Fresh, the taste was good. Clean restaurant. We ordered Fish fries which were made with vetki fish, fresh and good in taste. Also the kadai chicken was in huge quantity with big chunks of 6 pcs chicken and lots of onion, tomato and capsicum.Nun was soft and freshly made. Service was a little slow maybe for 15th of August. I wish if there was zero star option... Extremely bad experience...Never go there. Not recommended at all. the cashier's behaviour is very bad...we booked for 6 seats and they told us to wait for 1.5 hours...we waited and still got 4 seats...we two waited but they didn't call us even when the seats were empty...
