Service: Great service here – the staff were very friendly and helpful, even patiently guiding us through the ordering process.

Food & Menu: The local food I tried was really nice and delicious. My only small wish was for slightly larger portions.

Price & Value: Prices are a bit high, likely due to its prime location right next to the ski slopes.

Ambiance & Location: The ambiance is superb! The restaurant's design is attractive, and the window views of the snowy ski slopes are absolutely beautiful, making for a truly memorable dining setting.

Wow. I've rarely (if ever) given a restaurant such a low rating but this place deserves it.

I knew before trying it was probably going to be a tourist trap kind of place due to it's location.

Big menu- salads,.soups, grills, local dishes, kebabs, fish, pasta, pizza. Few vegetarian options and vegan available.

We ordered pizza and a portion of fries to share between two people.

We ordered two cokes which were given in the glass bottle, no glass, no ice, no straw.

Pizza arrived and it looked Dreadful-the dough was sweet and tasted like a cheap frozen pizza, small portion of fries and ketchup was charged extra. No utensils.

After asking 4 servers for the bill it was around 8000 which is way too much.

I would not recommend...

So far the worst restaurant I have visited in Kazachstan. It seems like restaurant is focusing more on speed then quality and even that is not working well. Service forgot what we ordered, gave us order of someone else then took it away after 30 seconds. We waited 1 hour for a simple dish (tomato soup).
