Visited this place with my family. First of all, service level disappointed us from the beginning. The atmosphere was not very friendly and welcoming although for such prices this is expected first of all. Service and food is great! However the restaurant is usually empty, there is no mood. Also prices are too high for Almaty, even for this level of food/service. There are better options for this price level. Wouldn't dine in this...
