I had a wonderful experience at Merhaba Steakhouse! The ambiance was fantastic, and the live show added a great touch to the dining atmosphere. The customer service was excellent, with the staff being friendly and attentive throughout my visit.

I ordered a medium-well steak, but it was served well-done by mistake. However, the staff handled the situation perfectly. As soon as I mentioned the issue, they were quick to apologize and happily replaced it with a new steak cooked exactly as I wanted—no questions asked. To top it off, they even brought out a special dessert as a complimentary gesture, which made the experience even more memorable.

After I ate half of the ‘garden salad’, I struggled to eat the steak as I started to feel not 100%. I was sitting there and feeling more and more unwell as I tried to eat the steak. I left without finishing … by the time I got to the hotel I had shivers, and dizziness, and funny stomach, it all lasted for 2 hrs before it cleansed itself completely. I have to say, that I ate here a couple of times before and never had issues… But today I didn’t have lunch at all, snack at 2 pm and nothing else, and this all happened around 8pm. so can’t be still from my late breakfast can it? I blame it on the salad which was probably not properly washed or something… happy to remove the comment if proved wrong. No hard feelings but it was the worst 2.5 hrs at least of the last 5...

Today we visited the place. Asked for takeaway the leftovers. Specifically mentioned the good taste of the mini baguettes and asked to put the remaining ones for us. Of course, with so many waiters and managers and few customers eventually they forgot to put the bread. Not a big deal, but leaves a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth after all the show-offs they made with the sweet bakhlava... No concentration, no good control of the situation in...
