Jinau — Restaurant in Almaty

We left full, but more than that—we left impressed. As with every ABR+ location, this one was clearly built with intention, detail, and a deep respect for local flavor.

The meal began with samsa—flaky, warm, and buttery in the best way. Gutabs followed, soft and savory, setting the pace. Then came the plov. And everything paused. Rich, tender, every grain infused with purpose. A true Uzbek masterpiece.

Bright lemonades cleansed the palate between bites—zesty, vibrant, refreshing. And throughout? A playlist that matched the mood perfectly. The space itself—cozy, clean, and just so well put together.

ABR+ does it again. And this might be their most beautiful...

A very comfortable restaurant with Kazakh characteristics and culture in a large shopping mall. The decoration and design outside and inside are great. There are many ancient ethnic costumes outside. The food tastes delicious and has strong ethnic characteristics. The service is also very good. Посетил Jinau. В глаза сразу бросается необычный и интересный дизайн по типу караван сарай, таверны для путников. Дизайнеры очень постарались и реально вложили душу в каждую мелочь, деталь этого заведения. Даже окна подогнали под этот проект. Плов очень вкусный. Кумыс самый раз зашёл. Масло с небольшими горячими лепешка и вообще супер. Даже посуда кружки для кумыса необычные, ложка тоже привлекает к себе внимание. В уборной тоже постарались дизайнеры, руки так и хочется мыть и мыть😆😄😆. Уличная терраса вроде уже была закрыта, но и там атмосферно и как то уютно. Советую посетить Jinau для себя вы точно что да увидите интересное. Фото оставляю только это чтобы сами все увидели. Ах да сочные и натуральные яблоки можно брать с сундука бесплатно. Спасибо Jinau.
