Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Almaty

The first period of Starbucks was great, service was top-notch, the blend of beans were great, unfortunately after a time, I am willing to write a complain to the head of Starbucks concerning this branch and franchisee. The service is awful in terms of speed, most of the times big queues, you cannot run in and in few minutes take a coffee. It takes about 15 minutes in total to get coffee in your hands. After you got the coffee you expected to be Starbucks quality with proper beans and its taste, I receive terrible taste of coffee. It is either the franchisee saves money on beans, or overdo them. Most likely to report it to the head of Starbucks , because I’ve never taste this terrible coffee out of all Starbucks branches around the world. I don't go to Starbucks often and when I do I'm usually disappointed. I walk away wondering why I did that to myself again.
