Spirit Bar — Restaurant in Almaty

Came here after a long day with friends for dinner. We should have taken the completely empty restaurant as a sign.

Nice menu, lovely interior and great menu and our server was very friendly.

The food tasted great but the portions are so small.

I wasn't really paying attention when ordering but thought, for the price, I would have a complete meal.

Turns out, sides etc need to be ordered along with the already expensive meal.

I ordered chicken on courgette expecting more than three disks of courgette with a very small portion of chicken.

Friend ordered risotto with 'King prawns' there were two prawns (technically correct).

Other friend ordered 'Beef stroganoff', IF there was one mushroom used I would be surprised.

Food all tasted great but there was hardly any of it, my chicken piece wasn't 200grms.
