KFC — Restaurant in Astana

It has the worst service ever at any fast-food chain at any city.

There are long queues and the monitors for orders doesn't work. Nobody knows and gives a damn when your order is ready. It could be an hour or a two or a week from the looks of it. The personnel couldn't care less. I don't know how the food tastes because after waiting for more than a hour and starving, we went someplace else.

P.S. They could not cancel the order and we paid for nothing! Don't go...

Very very very very slow service. The worst KFC spot in Astana. Why on earth not to put more flexible and strong team in a crowded place like this?
