Overpriced for low quality products.

Ordered a brownie with ice cream for 930KES and saying it was disappointing doesn't even come close to how bad it was. The brownie was cold straight out of the fridge and the ice cream on top made it rock hard. The brownie and the ice cream did taste good. The whipping cream though had a chemical taste almost like nail polish remover. After being offered a new one without whipping cream we said let's just remove the cream but I'd at least expect a discount or something. In the end we left with a very bad taste in our mouths.
