I booked a 4 bedroom apartment in this complex through Airbnb for next June. Looked great, was excited to go. Thought I would check that there was 24 hour reception as I planned to arrive late, and to ask whether the apartment complex could arrange transport from the airport. Wrote three times through the Airbnb app over a three week period, and sent a text to the designated number. Nil response. I cancelled. Read moreVery bad experience there. Stay away, Although the apartments are nicely furnished when you actually live there it is terrible. Extreme noise from nearby building construction, very poor gym (machines making strange sounds from lack of maintenance and the spa room non existing). The cleaning would come one day yes and another no. The street is terrible and unpaved. And TV channels are literally two. Mold in the place which brought very negative energy. Strange smells from sewage pipes. Worst of all, landlords were unethical and did not pay refund for the two months deposit despite leaving the place crystal clean. Would...

It would be a nice place if everyone was honest and nobody stole, it's really cheeky that money has disappeared (300€). I also had to pay for towels which according to management did not come clean after laundry. There were many problems with housekeeping and management throughout the stay.
I recommend all Nairobi vacationers to avoid this...
