The service is timely,the ladies on duty were helpful and answered questions regarding the menu very politely. The chicken pie was yummy for a 9 year old,the lady was kind enough to recommend coffee for us and the juice for kids. They could review prices for the juices given the juice is the one to be diluted,not freshly blended type: found it abit expensive paying kshs 240 for the small juice cup for the diluted juice. I am sharing after realizing that i have this feeling all the time i came to Java in the recent past. Sey like 4 times waiting for somebody to serve me takes too long. I can see there are many waiters but.....something must be wrong. The waiting time before the order is taken is too long 8 to 10 minutes. This is unacceptable.
