This is a beautiful place for foodies, lovers of serene beautiful spaces with amazing food. Gardens, great food and great bronze art..... Located few minutes from Langata Link, in an easy access road. It is a wonderful and lovely place to enjoy a family date or simply chill and enjoy different pieces of art. The garden is clean and tidy, with beautiful flowers and orchids, and a good place for fresh air and to relax. It's a great historical place, there are these original tusks which are amazing. It closes a little early, so I would recommend visiting early or during the day to enjoy everything this place has to offer. The bronze sculptures are one of a kind. The jewellery is good too. Their items are really one of a kind for both homes and, offices and outdoor pieces. The food we had was delicious as always, from burgers, the lasagne, sandwiches... everything was freshly cooked and really tasty. The best salads...hands down. So so good...open-salad bar you select from with such fresh ingredients. I would recommend everything. Next time, I will try deserts only...with some coffee.

Had the cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato with a mango and passion fruit smoothie. The baked buns were so soft, and their grilled meat definitely was the best to make the burger an overall one of the best I’ve had. In addition, we added the sticky chicken wings with chili sauce which really delivered on taste and balance of the flavors. The smoothie was freshly squeezed bringing in the real taste of the fruits. The waiter was so kind and knowledgeable about making the best recommendations from the menu. The ambiance is well chilled. The burger was Ksh 1250, the smoothie was Ksh 490, and the chicken wings for Ksh 700. It really gets a 5 from me as everything was good from service, food and time to get served. Definitely recommend.

A 5 star destination set in a secluded area in Karen. Location is silent and ideal for reflection or just taking a break. You can sit on the main restaurant's building or outside in tents. There's an art gallery within the premises with paintings and other art items that you can buy. Internet is not the best, so you're better off using your own connectivity. Food is excellent, both for drinks and main courses. Prices are moderate (you can order a meal from around 1000 KES to about 1500 KES exclusive of drinks). Make sure you try their smoothies. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Though the place closes by 5 pm on weekdays, which is a shame given how cosy it is. It's a place to go over and over again.

It is unfortunate, that we didn't have a great food experience this time. The ambience is wonderful, and a nice break from the city. The fish batter on both fish dishes was totally over done. Had we returned it there and then, it would have been another half hour wait, so we ate it. We had the crepes as well, which were yellow in colour, and very dry. The feta crepe was extremely salty. The chips were.......chips! Not hot!The salad bar was tasty, but I noticed that the dessert table nearby was left open, not covered in any way. During this time of covid, and just in general, I don't think it's very hygienic to have all the desserts on open display. We definitely decided against dessert for this reason. The gammon ham on the curry buffet table was also open to each and everyone passing by. Personally, this is not acceptable, especially as its pricey for what you get. The service was TERRIBLE as well. They were obviously busy, and it was a Sunday, but that should not be an excuse. What a shame Matbronze!! I think it would be worth improving ALL the...
