Dear Restaurant Owner/Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experiences at your establishment, Rio Coffee and Restaurant. I have been a frequent customer, both dining in and placing orders, and have spent a significant amount of money, totaling over $500 in less than a week.
Unfortunately, my interactions with your staff, particularly the ladies working there, have been extremely disheartening. They have consistently exhibited rude behavior and have even hung up the phone on me. As a customer, I have never experienced such mistreatment before and find it unacceptable.
Regrettably, due to these negative encounters, I have decided not to return to your restaurant in the future, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to any of my friends or acquaintances. It is crucial for any establishment to prioritize excellent customer service in order to compete with high-quality restaurants.
I kindly urge you, as the owner or management, to invest in training your staff, specifically focusing on customer service skills. By ensuring that your employees are adequately trained on how to engage with customers in a respectful and professional manner, you can improve the overall experience for patrons.
I sincerely hope that you take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements. It is my belief that by addressing these issues, Rio Coffee and Restaurant can elevate its standing and create a more welcoming and customer-oriented environment.
Thank you for your attention to this...

The food was ok and the customer service seems that they are really overworking the staff. One young lady just looked so tired and worn out. I know from experience what it's like to work in a restaurant with little help so I felt for her.
The food was ok. The menu is CJ's style. You have to specify cold for your orange juice or other drinks or they will bring them out at room temperature. The seating was comfortable. They really need fans. It was uncomfortably hot.
No outlets so not good for working longer than 1-2 hrs or battery life. Parking can get pricey.
Restaurant fundamentals 101:
Smile and greet all of your customers.
Ask if they need anything else.
Bring appetizers and drinks before the mains
Ask if the party/group/customer wants desert (upsell that is...

Accessible, well spaced out, well lit. For guys who are introverted and just want to work without someone being in your face, this is the place. I just came to the adjacent Carrefour supermarket and passed by to sample it. The seating is comfy and cozy. Different seats, seating styles and menu is expansive. Well they don't have charging ports but I guess the drill is consume and move. The atmosphere is quite relaxing I must say. Well lit, and for the Muslim brethren, there is a prayer room adjacent to it. The food though and coffee were okay nothing much to say but it provides a good place to just vibe, talk and seal a business. The service team though are fast, chatty. I just found the atmosphere despite the staff being young not so warm. Young people tend to have a vibe. Something was off. Worth a...
