This review isn’t about the food - it’s about the attitude. I live across from this restaurant and visited it with the hope of building a good rapport. I said hello to the guy at the counter, but he didn’t even look up from his phone. I told him I live nearby and asked if they would deliver food if I ordered over the phone. Without lifting his head, he replied that they would.
I then asked for a menu, and his response was something like, “Yeah, it’s there, you can check it.” I picked up the menu from the counter and started browsing. Within five seconds, he said, “We have to coordinate with the driver.” I reiterated that I live right across the street, and he responded, “You can come down and take the food.” That was the end of our conversation.
I wasted five minutes of my time, and I believe you’ll waste yours too if you order from here.
To the restaurant owner: no hard feelings unless you’re the guy at the counter (you know who you are, and you know who I am). We see each other every day and will continue to do so, but better customer service is a must. Dealing with people like this isn’t worth the hassle.
I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read moreTerrible service and unprofessional staff. They are not coordinated at all. I arrived in the morning at 10 AM with my family. I admit that I wasn't aware of the restaurant's opening time, but the staff informed me that it would open at 12 PM and all our requested orders would be served at that time.
I waited for 2 hours, and when I returned to the restaurant, one stupid employee told me that only Biryani was available.
So, what happened to your earlier commitment that we could order anything?
What about my time? I wasted nearly 2 hours waiting for the restaurant to open.

Read moreDuring my recent culinary exploration in Kuwait, I stumbled upon a hidden gem that every food lover must try—a Pakistani restaurant that truly stands out with its minimal use of oil and delectable dishes.
What I Loved:
▪︎ Afghani Roti: Freshly baked and perfectly soft, a delightful accompaniment to any meal. ▪︎ Chapli Kebab: Flavorful and juicy, these kebabs are a must-try for their authentic taste. ▪︎ Chef Special Nalli Lamb Biryani: This dish was the highlight of my meal. Rich in flavor and cooked to perfection, it’s a dish that can’t be missed.
Every item I tried was well-prepared and delicious, making it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Pakistani cuisine. If you’re in Kuwait and looking for a place that offers great taste with a healthy touch, this restaurant should be at the top...
