Editing my review to add the points mentioned by the owner in the reply. Definitely not a COI. It was a personal experience. Would be happy to specify. The order was taken 30 minutes after we sat at the table. The waiter who took the order had a very arrogant behavior. You will ask me to specify this too. So I'm mentioning. My wife and me, we ordered 2 items. The waiter asked us, that's all you are going to eat, smiled and walked off. I mentioned 3 times to be exact that due to health reasons, the oil should be minimal. The noodles came to us floating in oil. When I asked the waiter again, I was told very bluntly that they cannot be made without oil. We left the entire dish uneaten The waiter spoke again when I had paid the bill and I was leaving that, we can only tell the chef. We don't make the food. Overall it was a terrible experience. All we wanted to do is have a light meal and talk. We decided never to come back. That's the details. Let me know if you need any more detailed explanation.

Visited Amchi Mumbai today. One thing is for sure, food is definitely not the worst thing about this salmiya restaurant. The waiters and people working there are even worse. I'm not sure if the owner knows about this but if he does not, I hope he reads this or else not long before he will be shutting down the business. The waiters, cashier and the chef are competing as to who is the worst. The food was absolutely terrible and service was pathetic. Surely will never be going back. Hope this review helps others who want to go spend their money to have a good time. The only reason I have given 1 star is because I could not post this review...

One of the worst restaurant ever seen many incidents to share Order for manchow soup- got tomato ketchup soup Order for combo of paneer- never received ( reason- too much other order pending, when we crossed checked, no order was pending for any other tables or delivery Order tandoori- came with fries which was black ( doubled fried) As my brother was having food, owner himself came standing in of the table ( as he has his own guest waiting) saying “ this table is going “ in middle of the food my brother left the food….

Honestly do not visit ever to this restaurant If I get free food also I won’t ever visit

I grew up in Bombay and terribly miss the food so was pretty excited when I drove past a place called aamchi Mumbai. I stopped by and asked the guy if they were from Bombay and if the Chinese is same as in Bombay and was assured that it was. Let me just say that no one in Bombay, in their sane mind would serve lollipops with sweet chilli sauce and cook schezwan fried rice with star anise (and without schezwan sauce) The biryani was tasteless and appalling.

I would definitely recommend that they change the name of the restaurant because...
