I would like to share one of the worst experiences I have ever had with this restaurant, and I hope this review helps others to avoid the same mistake. I am giving this restaurant less than one star if that was even possible, because what they did was not just poor service or bad cooking – it was outright cheating and fraudulent behavior toward customers.
We ordered Chicken Faham, a well-known Arabic grilled chicken dish that my family and I regularly enjoy at various restaurants. Since we are very familiar with this dish, we know exactly how it is supposed to be prepared, what portion sizes are served, and the taste and texture of the meat. However, what we received from this restaurant was nothing short of a disgrace and an insult to paying customers.
When the dish arrived, at first glance it looked somewhat normal, but as soon as we began eating, we noticed something extremely suspicious. The chicken breast portion was clearly tampered with. Almost 50% of the breast meat was missing – as though someone in the kitchen had deliberately cut out the best and juiciest part of the chicken for themselves or for another purpose, and then served us the leftover portion as if nothing was wrong. Anyone who eats Chicken Faham regularly can immediately identify when the breast meat has been tampered with, because the breast is the most distinct part of the dish. In this case, it was obvious that the restaurant had extracted a large portion of it.
This is not just a matter of poor cooking or small portion size – this is fraud. We ordered and paid for a full chicken faham, but what we received was a half-hearted, dishonest version of it. It is nothing less than cheating customers knowingly. To make matters worse, the taste was also below average compared to other places we usually order from. The chicken was dry, unevenly cooked, and lacked the authentic smoky flavor that a good faham is supposed to have.
Restaurants are built on trust – when a customer orders food, they expect honesty and integrity. What this restaurant did was a blatant violation of that trust. Instead of serving customers properly, they seem to have developed a practice of cutting corners and keeping part of the food aside for themselves. If this happened once, it is very likely that this is a regular practice for them, meaning countless other customers may have been cheated in the same way without realizing it.
We felt completely deceived and disrespected. For a restaurant to cheat its customers in such a shameless way shows that they have no professionalism, no respect for food, and no respect for the people who spend their hard-earned money at their establishment. It is businesses like this that give the food industry a bad name.
If you value your money, your trust, and your dining experience, I strongly advise you to stay away from this restaurant. There are so many other places that serve authentic, delicious, and honest Chicken Faham without resorting to such shameful tricks. Don’t waste your money here.
For me and my family, this was the first and last time ordering from this place. We will never return, and we will make sure to warn friends and family about our terrible experience. To the restaurant owners – please understand that customers are not fools. Cheating people may give you short-term profit, but in the long run, it will only destroy your reputation completely.
Final verdict: Fraudulent, dishonest, and disrespectful service. Not worth...

The restaurant is neat and the staff is polite and humble. It’s not fancy like other places, but the quality is much better than others around.
