Restaurant Review: Fish Market, Kuwait — A Seafood Lover’s Paradise!

Visited the Fish Market Restaurant in Kuwait recently to celebrate my birthday with my wife, and it turned out to be a memorable experience! Right from the moment we stepped in, the vibe was fresh and vibrant. The rooftop area, adorned with a boat and fish-themed decor, was especially charming — perfect for a relaxed yet special dinner.

What truly sets this place apart is the unmatched freshness of the seafood. The selection is vast, featuring everything from local catches to exotic imports, and you get to handpick your fish and decide how you want it cooked. We chose a Seabass, asked them to grill it with extra spices, and it was grilled to perfection — juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat.

For starters, we ordered Hot and Sour Soup and Veg Noodles, both of which were well-prepared and full of flavor. Alongside our meal, we were served complimentary green tea and black tea, as well as a bread basket, which added a nice touch.

One unexpected and delightful surprise? Heineken 0.0 beer on the menu! We didn’t expect to find a non-alcoholic beer here, but we gave it a try and absolutely loved it — refreshing and crisp.

The menu is impressive, and while the prices are on the higher side, the quality of food and overall experience justify the spend. The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, helping us pick the best fish and prepare it exactly how we wanted.

All in all, Fish Market is a must-visit for any seafood enthusiast in Kuwait. Whether you're planning a special celebration or just craving some high-quality seafood, this place won’t disappoint.
