very good service, not the best but very good (slight wait times with clearings and orderings). Their paella is top-notch except maybe for the ones we've had in Valencia. prices are medium, you can order individual paellas unlike other places where you have to order for two people. My wet rice with codfish better known as risotto was fantastic. Wine is cheap by US and other standards. A bottle for ten to twenty euros. The mussels appetizer....what can I say, fresh and we'll priced. My wife's seafood paella was very good, again, not as good as the the ones in Valencia. Setting is elegant but simple. Menu is large. Wine choices very large. the restaurant is one in a chain. They open pretty much every day. On busy days make a Reservation. On my Sunday night in August with many things closed they turned away hordes of people.

The best paella I could have eaten in Spain. As an middle eastern who lived half of her life in western this parlla was not salty at alll. I was so afraid to get a salty parlla but it came out perfectly. They also have so many different paella than you can imagine. I dont like seafood that much so going somewhere that charge you $28 per person for one BIG dish was insane to me. But here, you can get your paella with any meat ( we got chicken and rabit and oxtails) and it was individual size. 18 ish euro per dish. So we got 2 different one to try and Im telling you, if you are like me, you gonna appreciate this Resturant. I bet their paella seafood would be as amazing as ours. So give yourself a chance and try this amazing restaurant.

We went to this restaurant as it was one of the main suggestions of the Barcelona Food Experience guide to Barcelona restaurants. What a disappointment (in both the guide and the restaurant) that was! We ordered a seasonal local onion soup that tasted like boiled water with a few onions hastily thrown in and some indescribable cheese that was half melting in it. I ordered the Valencia paella(sausage and mushroom). It came with literally 4 tiny slices of sausage. It had plenty of mushrooms and beans though, but little flavor. My wife had a duck confit dish. The duck was overcooked and bland. The service was ok. The atmosphere of the place nothing to write home about. For these prices, this restaurant needs a lot of improvement

Went after it was recommended by a local friend . We truly enjoyed the seafood paella and the Valencia one too.. big portions and fresh fish. The waiter Selim was helpful only down points are : 1.the patata bravas were a bit pricey for what we got at almost 8 euro per plate ( ordered two portions for 5 of us and still they didn’t fill us up) 2. The cast pans for paella should be replaced more regularly as quite worn out . Towards the end of the meal when we were eating off the bottom of the pan the rice started to get a very strong greasy/ metallic taste and that ruined the whole experience as it left a very bad taste in my mouth and had to order a double espresso to kill it off.

I was walking in the centre and felt like I want to try Paella and went there to try my chance...never regret that. There are some good reviews and some bad ones, but dishes like Paella are very difficult to make and people have a very diverse range of opinions. The food I tried was seafood paella, very carefully made, tasted really good (one of the best dishes I tried in Spain). The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. I eneded trying the catalan cream for dessert and it was also very good choice. I didn't try the wine there but looked at the menu and their selection is very good. I would like to go there again and highly recommen it to real food lovers!

I ordered fried aubergines for starter and fideua negra as the main course. Also tried rabbit & chicken paella and seafood paella that my friends ordered. The fideuá was very good. Seasoning was good. The portion is nice for an individual dish. I really liked that it had lots of cubes of seafood (idk what those were but they tasted great). It was served with garlic mayo and when you ate them together they worked wonderfully. The mayo enhanced the flavour of the fideuá. The fried aubergines were also very nice. A combination of crunchiness on the outside, soft on the inside, and the sweetness from the honey made it a very good appetizer.
