The cut comes beautifully seared — a caramelized crust balancing that rich, beefy depth of flavour with supple juiciness inside. The food was good. However, it took 20 minutes for a charcuterie board, look at the picture, and over thirty minutes for a burger. I was the only guest, at 720pm, when I ordered the charcuterie board. When I ordered the burger there were five people, not tables, people. Too slow of service. I also ordered a martini which took twenty minutes as well and wasnt made correctly, wrong amounts of ingredients. I ordered a dirty, wet, gin, stirred. In addition, there was a 10% service charge and 10% VAT charge. This was the first time in Laos I've been charged either. Not a good value place, not worth a visit. Better options...

High expectations, as I ordered a simple burger in this restaurant part of Crown Plaza Hotel but as soon as I give it a try I had to send it back to kitchen, the beef patty was small and hard, the avocado is not even a proper slice of avocado just some kind of sauce of avocado. It's a joke to have such food in an expensive restaurant who belongs to a supposed 5 star hotel. I strongly advise anyone to choose a better option.
