Khop Chai Deu Vang Vieng — Restaurant in Vientiane Province

I ordered only a salad at 6:00 pm one evening and more than one half hour later I am still waiting for it. I highly recommend the location in Vientiane (never had any issues at the restaurant there.) However, I doubt that I will return here.

The recommended beef skin salad was delicious however considering the 35 to 40 minute wait for a dish probably takes 2 minutes to plate, this was unreasonable.

Dined here 4 times for dinner. Had the BBQ, Hot pot set, New Zealand steak and spring rolls, all were amazing. The Manager Charlie is very friendly and welcoming. The river view is spectacular and if you are there around 5pm you can watch hot air balloons float by. Have recommended this place throughout our travels to fellow travelers.
