Terrible experience. The Coca-Cola was completely flat, and when I asked to exchange it for a bottled one, the waitress argued instead of resolving the issue. The food was awful—fries were clearly old, re-fried multiple times, and the baked beans didn’t even taste like beans. Instead of fixing the problems, the waiter kept making excuses and arguing. Prices in this place keep going up, but the food quality and service keep going down. If you want to progress, you need to invest in both your food and staff training. If I could give zeros stars to this restaurant, I would! We had a party of 8 and everyone of us was extremely disappointed in their food. Cepelinai were a few days old and were completely cold on the inside. The Kiev cutlets were over salted and burned to a crisp. The way the pizza was made was purely gross and disgusting. The lady kneaded the dough with her elbows while playing on her phone. Then, with the same dirty hands (no food gloves!!!) , started putting the toppings on. The crust was way underdone as well. Maistas buvo tragiškas. Ačiū Dievui, bent salotos prie peržiuvusio kepsnio, kuris net durnai akiai matosi, kad yra iškeptas, pašildytas ir tikrai ne pirmos dienos, buvo nepajuodusios. Užsisakėme 2 porcijas cepelinų – abi buvo neišvirusios. Perpjovus tiesiog matyti, kad bulvių tarkis yra neišviręs, mėsa – neaiškios formos. Parodžius barmenui, net jis pasimetė, nusijuokė, atsiprašė ir pasiūlė pakeisti į picą, kurios irgi buvo tragiškos. Ingredientai išmėtyti belekaip, neproporcingai – nu, net juokas ėmė. Manom, todėl, kad picų darytojai atsipūtę: viena sekundę barstė sūrį ant picos pado, kita jau spaudinėjo telefone, dar kita mėtydama dešrelių gabaliukus, vėl kita laikė telefoną prie ausies. Visas užsakytas maistas buvo šaltas – valgėm, kad valgytume.

O šiaip – ir atmosfera nieko gero. Stalai per arti vienas kito.

The food was tragic. Thank God, at least the salad with the dead steak, which even to the naked eye can see that it was cooked, warmed up and definitely not the first day, was not blackened. We ordered 2 portions of cepelinai - both were undercooked. When you cut it, you can just see that the grated potato is undercooked, the meat is of unclear shape. When we showed it to the bartender, even he was confused, laughed, apologized and offered to change it to pizza, which was also tragic. The ingredients were scattered in a haphazard, disproportionate way - well, even started laughing. We think it was because the pizza makers had a break: one was sprinkling cheese on the pizza base for a second, another was already typing on the phone, another was throwing pieces of sausage, and another was holding the phone to her ear. All the food we ordered was cold - we ate to eat.
