Restorāns Boroffish — Restaurant in Liepaja

Me and my family had a two course dinner here. It was a very good seabass I got with nice oily rice and a simple but good sauce. It came with some sallad leaves to it, simply served but OK food. My wife were unlucky to get a dry salmon. The chef also needs to read up a bit on asparagus, in order to serve the fresh edible part you need to break it before cooking. We got a good wine to the food but the cocktail I ordered came mid-dinner and not before as would be customary. The waiter also forgot to bring an extra plate for our daughter. The "limoncello" cheesecake tasted more like lime peel than lemon and was barely edible. Good coffee though. With some adjustments it might still be worth...

Service absolutely brutal!!! Noone speaks English or any other language but Latvian. Place is close to empty and an hour wait for a burger. Tables not cleared all the time we were there and people left 5mins after we came in, probably a "barmen" was only waping outside the door all the time not doing anything at all. Had to go to bar to get 2nd drinks as noone was coming over. Would not...

We came here for a second time in a month and couldn’t get fish and chips. So be aware that in the second half of the day there might be no fish left to prepare fish and chips… we also learned that they have two menus, one with chef and another without. But the menu without chef included only one third of listed meals. So, no good recommendations for this...
