Bel Cibo Pizza Napoletana — Restaurant in Liepaja

Firstly, the pizza I got in this place was the best I've had in my entire life, absolutely delicious and authentic, same with the freshly squeezed orange juice. However, the customer service was pretty much non-existant, very long waiting times even though the restaurant was only half full. My friend got his drink after 2 hours wait, when we were already leaving and to our shock he was still charged for it. Perhaps the restaurant was understaffed, but after seeing 4 waitresses serving 10 tables it just simply didn't make sense to me. Surely with these prices the owner could afford to hire more staff or hire someone that could organise his restaurant better. We ordered three pizzas (Margherita, Prosciutto di Parma, Speciale) waiting time was quite ok, as restaurant was full and Waiter at arrival already nicely warned us - it will be long waiting time...

Pizza’s was made really good 👌 I believe other meal’s as well, seen some around 🤤

Waiter was friendly and kind, speaks well Latvian, English and Russian 👍 Available seats inside and outside 👍

We miss drinks, they was out off beer🍻🤷🏼‍♂️ music quality sound was strange 🤔 (I think it was that small speaker sticking out from second floor window)

Other than that atmosphere is cozy, tables clean, comfortable seats, reasonable prices.

Had lunch with my friends there. I don’t understand how can you make a pizza faster than a coffee. We were served drinks after we’ve already ate. The service was terrible. Waitresses had no clue what they were doing. The place wasn’t even that crowded. The owner’s responses to negative reviews are just disgusting.

Response to the owner: I don’t need to know how the food is prepared but the drinks have to be served first. It takes a minute to make a coffee with a coffee machine.
