The only thing i can say about this place - I wanted to eat here..

But, while we have been sitting by the table for more than half an hour, staff have been making a view like they dont see us, as well as they dont see another group of other people on another table near by, who have been sitting even longer then us, and left not served at all. At least they have got the menu after very long time :D, but noone even took the order, and they left.. So did we as well.

I havent seen this poor client handling for years already, and bad for them as im usually...

I was there a week ago, while attendig Summer Sound festival. So all the long waiting I think was understandable, BUT the food… The food taste was ok, although the size of portions… I ordered fries with breaded chicken filet pieces.. there was few fries and chicken was just like long nuggets, not real breaded chicken filet. My friend ordered burger- that was good, but again- with burger there even less fries.

So for those prices, food was a little bit not enough. Maybe it was like that because of festival and they just wanted to...

Apkalpošana ir ļoti zemā līmenī. Otrā stāvā vien pāris galdiņu, bet lai sagaidītu, kad beidzot pieņems pasūtījumu ir jāgaida gandrīz 20min, ja ne ilgāk!! Protams, aizgājām projām. Ieteikums veikt apmācības apkalpojošam personālam, lai spētu sekmīgi pieņemt klientus. Kā arī nu jau pat bērnu ēdienu karte neeksistē. Interesanti, ko gan mazam bērnam ēst atnākot uz šo iestādi? Bērniem spēļu laukums ar bumbiņām ir, taču sanāk, ka bērns pēc izspēlēšanās vienkārši skatīsies ar kāru aci, kamēr pieaugušie ēdīs vai arī bērnam ēst pieaugušo burgerus?!? Kā arī netiek uzraudzīts kā bērni (gados nedaudz vecāki) spēlējas šajās bumbās, jo mazāku bērnu vecākiem ir jāuztraucas ik sekundi par to, lai kas nenotiktu!!! Un pamēģini ieskaidrot mazajam, kapēc viņš nevar iet spēlēties tagad tur, bet citi bērni var!! Bērni var droši kāpt pa pašu augšu,ņemt nost mīksto segumu u.c lietas darīt, kamēr mazo ķiparu var tajā brīdi vienkārši nospiest! Drošības ievērošana pilnīga nulle. Saprotu, ka visu nevar izsekot un tā arī ir vecāku atbildība, bet tomēr personāls varētu arī aizrādīt, nevis izlikties un tēlot ka neko nevar pateikt. Kādreiz tika par visu padomāts,bet pašlaik nekā vairs šeit nav. Apkalpošanas līmenis zems un ēdienu kvalitāte zema. Kā arī cenas ir cēlušās, savukārt ēdienu porcijas sarukušas, piemēram, manuprāt, ir neadekvāti maksāt nu jau gandrīz 5eiro par 10 kiplokgrauzdiņu gabaliņiem…. un zupas no ēdienkartes ari izņemtas! LIELS FUJ!! P.S. Un bērnu rotaļlaukums kur mazie rāpo un visu apgrāpsta, ir netīrāks par 9.stāvu mājas...
