Bento — Restaurant in Riga

It's super chaotic atmosphere. The place is not kept good, all the belongings like kitchenware are stored on the first table inside, in overall place looks messy.

Kitchen located almost infront the entrance and is not well isolated, when smoothy is in the process, is like 5 min of blender noise for everyone to listen.

I have ordered smoothie and it seems that they did too much and excess have been given to the waitress in a separate small glass, she took hers and mine was left to wait until it will be served on our table yet for some 5 min. Something that I have seen first time in my life. 😅 😳 Cannot tell they have a client centric approach at all.

And then the salad that costs 10 EUR without dressing at all. Do not recommend it looks good, but is tasteless.

Really unpleasantly surprised about...

I was very disappointed. The bill was like in a good restaurant, but the service and cleanliness - like in a McDonald's. The bill also included two dishes that we had not ordered. The tables were dirty, but floor was full of leftovers and old chopsticks. Longisland was not enjoyable - worst i have had in my life. Sushi was ok, but I was expecting more for that price. Ļoti vīlies.... Ilgi gaidījām līdz viesmīle apkalpos, ar viesmīli nodibināju acu kontaktu dodot signālu, ka esam gatavi pasūtīt, brutāli paiet vienkārši garām neko nesakot... Uzdodam jautājumus par ēdieniem, atbild, ka vienkārši nezina (ļoti neprofesionāli). Pasūtam mojito limonādi, sagaršojam, ka klāt ir pielikta vaniļa, kas ļoti traucē, prasām vai tiešām mojito liek klāt vaniļu? Atbilde "nezinu" un vienkārši aiziet prom. Pasūtījām arī 0.5l pepsi, atnesa 0.2l pepsi, tas sīkums. Pie burgera palūdzu čilli majonēzi, ja iespējams, atbildēja "protams". Atnesa parastu čilli mērci, es palūdzu lai atnes tad vismaz pliku majonēzi klāt un es pats samiksēšu..... tas bija jāgaida 7min, viss burgers jau atdzisa. Woks bija pasūtīts ar terijaki mērci, atnāca bez terijaki mērces. Bija pasūtīti karstie sushi, atnāca vēsie. Viesmīle ar mums negribēja komunicēt, jo laikam zināja, ka absolūti viss ir slikti. Novācot galdu nepajautāja vai viss bija labi, jo tak skaidrs, ka nē.... Apmeklēju 8.februārī ap...
