Terrible experience! I am a first time client and I have just called to make a booking for several hair treatments, which in total amounted to a large sum. The administrator had the guts to lose her temper and shout at me about the fact that I spoke Russian. I cannot understand how this can ever be acceptable! I can always speak English if that's an issue, but the staff should always stay professional and ask to switch to English politely. I don't have any problem speaking Latvian, but after 11 years of living in the UK and not practicing it, I plain forgot it. I don't choose hair dressers based on their nationality, but apparently this hair salon does have a strictly radical racist point of view. I feel disgusted! My advice - avoid them...
Read moreVery dissapointing atmosphere. When i came and saw my "stylist" she was all nervous and acting weird, that made me feel i need to leave because im not welcomed. Im colouring my hair in ginger/red already 9 years and first time i see that i can see my roots after 3 days after coloring with permanent paints. Even though i told stylist to put some more paints there, because i saw she didnt put it properly. In the beginning i wanted cut as well - but i cancelled. Long story short, i will never come again and advicing people before they go to ask which stylist gonna take care of your hair and check her portfolio. I feel dissapointed on spending 60euros here, because most probably i will go soon to another place to...
Read moreCheaper place comparing boutique salons, but inside you always see same picture: small room with 5-6 clients and workers walking here and there. I have feeling I'm in the market. Interior is cheap and staff in not really friendly. If you speak in Russian they only reply in Latvian so it's kind a strange communication. Nice exception is Beautician Santa who is very friendly, give very qualified services like in best boutiques. At the end of procedure I found out that she works independently from salon. This explanes everything! Would say it is place for students or people with small budget who ready to experience some poor services for rather cheap prices. I would advice manager to pay some more...
