Domino's Pizza Akropole Rīga — Restaurant in Riga

It's a nightmare to order from Domino's LV. Most of their promos doesn't even work, the New Years promo for example (IETAUPU) doesn't even work at all as of writing as it says "bad request exception". I have spent more time on their website to order as their phone app is a broken mess that only works half the time with invalid and old promos all the way back to 2022 that are still in there but doesn't work. It's really hard to want to order pizza from a place when the average ordering experience takes an hour to troubleshoot if their promo and software even works at all, incl. order tracking that doesn't even show up on map. This is a business that sells itself on being fast...

IF you get the pizza it's good, but I can't imagine how much revenue they're losing by not having a working ordering process. Came to Domino’s pizza in Akropole Riga shopping mall wanted to try Domino’s pizza for the first time unfortunately my experience was horrible: My order was wrong one pizza was right but other was completely different from what I was asking for, the cashier was not interested in anything don’t care at all.. I waited my order for 40 minutes and it turns out it was ready but order presenter was almost wispering the order name. When maneger was talking to me she did not even apologise just told me- you can take that pizza- and they make a new one, ok atleast we got a new pizza but the wrong one I did not even want. The new pizza I was waiting another 25 min for love off god it’s just a double pepperoni pizza P.S for wrong orders you need to make them first and you need to teach your manegers how to speak with guests and apologise...
