Hawa Chicken — Restaurant in Antelias

My actual bad experience with hawa chicken isn’t with the food, my bad experience is with the valet parking staff, i visited antelias branch today around 7 PM Saturday night, buying some stuff, there was a lot of traffic and people parked there cars in very bad spots, the valet himself told me “sakker aalayun”, usually i refuse to give my keys to the valet, and there was someone behind me whom i was blocking the way who wanted to leave, so the valet was very rude and talked to me in a very bad way as he was annoyed and angry, the fact that the client whom i was blocking the road on didn’t say a thing, anws hawa chicken you must teach your valet parking staff how to be more respectful and polite and know how to communicate with clients, bcz we are not all the same, someone else than me could have been rude and maybe lead to a fight! I am extremely frustrated with the service at Hawa antelias. Im a regular customer who buys 3kg of chicken breast on a weekly basis with other stuff. I expect better treatment. Today, I was informed they could only provide 2kg due to low stock. This isn't the first time this has happened, and it's frustrating to deal with this recurring issue. It's unacceptable that they can't manage their inventory better, especially for loyal customers. I expect more reliability and consistency from a place I frequent. I called for a takeaway chicken broasted. They said it takes 20 min. However, it took 35 min. Fine... I asked for an additional garlic small box and bread on top of the chicken they said this isn't for free. You should pay or buy a whole bread pack! Come on!
