Boneless — Restaurant in Jal El Dib

We ordered 4 items from the menu: 2 mains & 2 sides. My order was the Signature Loaded fries. I asked for it to be curly instead of regular fries, but they said they can do it wavy instead, only. The order took 1h, eventhough we were 2km away. When we contacted the guy, he said he'll check with the driver where he's at, and then informed us that the driver will depart immediately (this was 44min since we had ordered). I receive my order and there's no wavy or regular fries, but very thinly sliced wedges that have been in the box for a long time since they had become boiled; my fork literally kept going through them, tearing them apart as if I'm making potato puré. It was a huge disappointment since the fries are the main part of the meal. Some of the chicken pieces were also chewy. This was the second time at a different branch and both times were more than disappointing.

I had a classic boneless wrap. The tortilla wrap was dry and flaky. The chicken isn't crispy at all. The tenders aren't fried on the spot, they are instead fried ahead of time and coated with a gallon of BBQ sauce to heat them up.

The wrap is just a messy mix of BBQ and some other mayo sauce. The result is soggy chicken, with overwhelming and borderline disgusting(more is not always better) flavor. The chips are added just to compensate for the lack of crust on the chicken.

Honestly, it takes 2mins to deepfry chicken tenders on the spot. That alone will improve the wrap. Go easy on the...
