Can Can Pizza — Restaurant in Kaunas

A complete mess. The service here, October 2021, is incredibly slow. We waited a long amount of time to have our order taken, and then waited another 25-30 minutes to receive our food. Just one server was running quickly between tables delivering orders even though the restaurant was about 30% capacity- so this seems like an issue of being short on staff (kitchen or servers?), or possibly a lack of experience by the staff.

Communication has been lacking. In these situations it would be nice to have a warning about slow service. We have had to delay other plans because of this.

When it comes to food, the chicken dish I ordered was hot but was flavourless and could have benefitted from some salt. The creamy wild mushroom soup I ordered came after this was tasty but was also almost cold.

My wife ordered tea which never came, and then we had to request the bill twice. By this point customer capacity had gone down to 10%… but we still had more delays.

If running a restaurant is teamwork then this CanCan is either working with a team that is far too small, or has some serious problems working together.

Very good food , fair portion sizes, might need to order the specials pizza as appetizer if you're a larger guy , staff is very polite and nice but painfully and horribly understaffed to the point that waiters have been made to help with food making ... Staff were quick, friendly and polite. No complaints about them or the waiting time as the food came as you'd expect, roughly 10-15 minutes in or so.

The food was okay, nothing amazing but nothing bad either. No complaints.
