Fisheria Nida — Restaurant in Neringa

Reserved a table in advance, however the experience was terrible - we had to wait for 20 mins to order after asking the waitress multiple times to come and take the order, the drinks arrived late (1hour wait for one beer). Mind you, the restaurant was not even full. After a while we started to ask about the food (since we received none still) - the waitress did not seem to cooperate and came up with all excuses for late food, the only solution she had for us was to cancel our order. We left the restaurant after 1h30mins waiting and did not receive anything. It’s very sad that once being one of the top 30 restaurants in Lithuania, Fisheria was very dissapointing and killed the mood for us and our guests....

Not sure what happened to all the reviews, I fear they disappeared due to closing after the last season ended... So just wanted to repeat, that this is the best fish restaurant around. I love that only fresh fish of the day is used, and items on the menu last only while they have enough catch of the day. Highly reccommend! I don't know what the bad reviewers ate or where they ate, but it was not the same place we just ate at this evening. Every dish was creatively outstanding and we had never seen fish dishes like this, despite having eaten all over the world. Ignore the advice on the fish tacos. They are really really interesting and tasty! It's not cheap but well worth it, a meal...
