The name says it all — Tiny Restaurant really needs a bit of work to feel like a proper restaurant experience.
Firstly, the staff could benefit from some basic customer service training. They didn’t seem particularly happy to be there, which came across in their attitude and service.
The food was quite average. Knowing how to put together a bruschetta or throw together a salad isn’t enough. A few years ago, the brunch here was lovely, but on this visit, the food was below par. The children’s creamy cheese pasta was more like a soup and tasted bland — does the chef know what creamy pasta is supposed to be? When asked for black pepper - we got given an empty pepper mill. Small things go a long way…
One major letdown was the toilet — it was frankly manky. The floor was wet, the doors weren’t clearly marked, and it didn’t feel clean or properly maintained.

The waitress was friendly and helpful. Starter was tasty - mozzarella and parmesan cheese balls. My main, chicken with peanut sauce and polenta was OK. Chicken and peanut sauce were excellent but polenta wasn't my favourite. Fish and chips were a just average.
The door to the restaurant was open and it was a cold evening so not a very cosy environment. Music was a bit loud and definitely not relaxing. Was happy to leave the restaurant.
Overall...
