Ajomama — Restaurant in Vilnius

Ordered delivery, so cannot comment on location itself, but food was amazing! First time I tasted potatoes prepared in such way was in Istanbul back in 2008, and finally we have a spot here in Vilnius as well - serving genuinely prepared dishes :)

Service was smazing as well - they didnt have one of the ingredients, so called me on the phone to clarify if it waz ok to replace it simething...

They only sell one type of meal but that's why it tastes so good. They took their time to perfect one single dish and be the best at it, instead of having a bunch of options and most being bland. I highly recommend giving this place a try! Also, for the menu, I suggest swapping the regular onions with pickled red onions, as they would definitely add another dimension...
