Grill London — Restaurant in Vilnius

Grill London in Old Town Vilnius is a meat lover’s paradise. It serves dry-aged steaks that are wonderfully juicy and full of flavor. I had the boneless beef entrecote steak, a lean cut of beef from the rib area, and it was fabulous. I enjoyed the choice of ordering the weight of the steak to my appetite. My partner loves burgers, and Grill London has an enormous number of options. She felt it was one of the best beef burgers she had ever eaten. If you are a vegetarian, Grill London has you covered. They have vegetarian and vegan steaks and burgers to satisfy all your needs. Excellent salads and skewers are on the menu as well. Is fish your thing? How about catfish, salmon, perchpike, or shrimp? Generous portions will not let you leave hungry. The second time we ate there, we had Jameson whiskey BBQ spareribs. They were falling off the bone fantastic. A complete array of sides rounds out your meal. We especially like mashed potatoes, potato croquettes, coleslaw, and green and yellow beans. We were group of 7pax. We had ribs, Caesar salads, some snacks and various drinks. Food was very tasty and nicely presented, BUT - service staff was terrible - extremely unprofessional and plain rude! Waitress greeted us with 'sour' face..and when I asked if we could be seated where is less sunny she rolled her eyes(!!!) by the way - same waitress had a fight with another waitress and even pushed her, in front of customers around. Other waiter didn't even bother talking to us when bringing the food and yet another waiter had earbuds in his ears while serving us.. At least the evening was 'saved' by waitress Simona who was much nicer and more polite than the other ones... Hope you guys will train your waitstaff better....

Really bad service and unfriendly atmosphere. There few available tables for 4, some places at the bar and 1 table for 2, there were two of us and we were not allowed to sit at the table for 4 explaining that more people may come (but those tables were not booked). They said that we can only sit at the bar (which was not comfortable), or at the table for 2 (which was too close to the steps and disturbing the waiters themselves to walk around the other tables. Music was loud and terrible, like in a village disco while people eating there were unintelligent. We decided to leave. It looked that waiters did not even bother to understand why their potential clients...
